Debanjan Share Girls’ Academy, recognizes the importance of coaches, players, staff, stakeholders, and other community members having to access, create, contribute, engage, collaborate, learn, and share on the Internet via “social media” through tools, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Apps, wikis, blogs, and many other online resources that allow people to connect and share information. The Academy encourages coaches, players, staff, other community members or any other participant affiliated with Debanjan Share Girls’ Academy, to use social networking/media to connect with others, share relevant awareness and educational resources, create and curate educational content especially those related to Women’s Football (Soccer), to enhance the learning and skilling experience.
To enable such an environment, the Social Media Acceptable Usage Policy and Guideline (also known as “Social Media Policy”) lays out the guidelines and behaviors that stakeholders of The Academy are expected to follow when using technologies provided by The Academy or when using personally-owned devices during their association with The Academy.
